An Integrated System of Pathway Resources, Analysis and Visualization Tools


This website provides you with interactive and more detailed shecmatic diagrams corresponding to figures 1 to 4 of the publication. These diagrams describe endoplasmic reticulum stress pathways with more emphasis towards its role in cardiac physiology and pathology. The diagram representation follows Systems Biology Graphical Notation format (SBGN).
